Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim

Mr. Mohammed has over 24 years of professional experience in Banking & Accounting. He joined Salman Investment Loan Company during the establishment or pre-opening stage (early 2006), as a Financial Controller, responsible for Financial Reporting, Risk Management and Operations. By 2007, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and then Acting CEO by June 2016. Mr. Mohammed formerly worked with Commercial Bank of Dubai as the Deputy Manager, Business Group. He was responsible for the MIS and Financial Studies Department. He also previously worked as Chief Accountant at Al Rodan Group in Bahrain and a Credit Officer at Commercial Bank of Dubai.
Dr. Saif Al Farooq

Dr.Saif Farooq is the Head of Project Investment financing at Salman Investment Loan Company with over 17 years of tremendous experience in Investment Banking, Financial Institutions, and Structured Finance within the GCC. Formerly he worked as a Head of Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance and Director in the Structured Finance Division of QINVEST, Qatar.He has an MBA in Banking and Finance from Birmingham Business School.
Mr. Mohammed Amam Aahil

Muhammad Amam Aahil is the Project Manager at Noor Capital with over 15 years of professional experience in finance. Formerly he was the Head of the VIP Department at Mac Sharaf and worked at Emaar Financial Services in Dubai. Mohammed Amam Aahil holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Khaled Al Suwaidi

Mr. Khaled Al Suwaidi is a member of the Board of Directors of Commercial Bank International PJSC, United Arab Emirates, and is the Executive Director of Strategy and Chief Operations Officer at Salman Investment Loan Company. He is also the Founder of Excellence Target; a leading Management-Consulting and Training firm, one of the industry leaders in Bahrain. Abdulla Al Suwaidi has vast experience in Senior Leadership roles within the Government & Private Sector spanning over 20 years. He also has Local & International experience in Operations Management, Engineering, Investment, Business Development and Project Management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management and a Masters’ Degree in Total Quality Management.
Mr. Zayed Al Zoubi
[General Manager – Global Markets]
Mr. Zayed has over 17 years experience in the Financial Services Industry in both Jordan and Bahrain. In 2010, he established the Global Markets Division at Salman Investment Loan Company. Prior to starting this venture, he was the Head of VIP Department at Mac Sharaf for Local and Global markets.
Zayed began his professional career in Information Technology at the Securities Depository Center in Jordan, and later relocated to Dubai where he joined the Local Equities Department at Emaar Financial Services. He holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
Ali Ibrahim
[Head of Investment Banking]
Ali is a career Banker with 17 years of experience in Investment Banking, Financial Institutions and Structured Finance within the GCC. Prior to joining Salman Investment Loan Company, he was Head of Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance, responsible for arranging and structuring Debt Transaction. Before that, he was Director in the Structured Finance Division of Qinvest (Qatar), responsible for Financial Institutions Coverage and Syndications for the whole IB Division. He is a Specialist in both Conventional and Islamic Finance Structures, having spent 7 years at Doha Bank (Qatar) as Senior Manager, International Banking, arranging Syndicated Loans and covering International Financial Institution clients. Sher has an MBA in Banking and Finance from Birmingham Business School.
Olivier Richard

Olivier Richard has been involved in Private Banking in the Gulf Region since 1992, and in Investment Banking at Switzerland before that. He specializes in setting up appropriate Investment vehicles, Managing Funds and Structuring Private Equity deals. Olivier Couriol brings an extensive network of geographically diverse Investors and Facilitators into the Abu Shoosha orbit. He has been associated with Salman Investment Loan Company since 2007.
Mr. Kareem El-Hassan

Mr. Kareem has over 25 years of professional experience at Law in Bahrain and abroad as a Magistrate, an Advocate and a Legal Advisor. He is an expert in preparing various different Legal Memorandum, Contracts and Agreements including varioius Business Setups, Employment Contracts, Sale and Purchase Contracts. He is an Expert in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Mr. Kareem El-Hassan as a Board of Directors Reporter, has extensive legal knowledge to drafting Resolutions and Decisions of General Assembly and Board of Directors. Mr. El Hassan holds a Bachelor’s Degree at Law, and is member of Sudanese Bar Advocates.
